Raìs, Cigole

From 2008 to 2010 I had the great opportunity to design and follow the staging of “Raìs”, a rural culture exhibition in Cigole (Brescia, Italy). The exhibition had to fit in the unfurnished premises (2.000 sq meters) of a baroque palace, and so was carried out with minimalistic furniture and mostly multimedia-based content. The rooms were dressed with mapped video projections, which were connected to interactive objects accessible to the visitors.

Room of Handicrafts – An interactive table with rural handicrafts activates further video content.

Room of the Agronomists – The room walls stage a fictional dialogue between historical agronomists.

Room of the River – Three different stories from the river, symbolized by stones, gravel and salt.
